01The challenge at InFocus

InFocus is a human capital consulting firm. Much of its work ends up in documents with a fixed format, and they were built by hand.

The one-page psychometric test report always carries the same data, in the same format, with the same bar charts. Interns usually built it, and it took about 15 minutes per report.

The executive report on each candidate, which sums up the interview and the CV on one page and says whether the candidate fits the vacancy, was also built by hand.

02NOLU's approach

NOLU automated three processes.

One-page psychometric report: the system takes the test data and generates the report with its format and its bar charts.

Executive report: from the interview and the CV, the system generates the one-page report on the candidate and whether they fit the vacancy.

Documentation generator, used daily: the team roughly describes what it needs, such as processes, policies or job descriptions, and the AI writes it in the firm's exact format.

03Delivery to production and adoption

A system reaching production and people using it every day are two different claims. Both are true here.

• 36 hours a month saved across the psychometric report and the executive report.
