Premier Automotriz

Capturing the bank balances of its 28 dealerships by hand for the daily cash flow took about 30 minutes per dealership. Now it takes about 1 minute.

The challenge at Premier Automotriz

Premier Automotriz computes its cash flow every day. To do it, staff at each of its 28 dealerships captured every bank account and its balance by hand, about 150 accounts in total, and then loaded everything into a giant Excel macro.

It took about 30 minutes per dealership, every working day. And as with any manual capture, human errors meant rework.

NOLU's approach

There was no way to connect directly to the banks. So staff take a screenshot of each account and the system does the rest: it has a mode adapted to each bank, reads the screenshots and condenses all the balances into a single Excel.

We built the system with Claude. The model API it used was originally Gemini.

What cost the most

Figuring out how to work with the banks without a direct connection, and finding the simplest way to turn it into a clean process, automated end to end.

Delivery to production and adoption

A system reaching production and people using it every day are two different claims. Both are true here.

Production
The first system was ready in less than 30 days and has been in production since November 2025.
Adoption
It is used every day across all 28 dealerships.
Ownership
We handed over the full source code. Premier runs it locally, on its own servers.

Business impact

  • 320 hours a month saved.

  • $15,000 MXN a month saved.

  • Capture went from about 30 minutes to about 1 minute per dealership per day, with every balance in a single Excel.
