ServiceTitan · MCP server · For Claude
ServiceTitan runs customers, jobs, appointments, technicians, estimates and invoices for many HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors. An MCP server lets Claude look up that data and check dispatch capacity through the ServiceTitan API.

As of 30 October 2026, ServiceTitan does not publish an official MCP server (Atlas is its in-product AI); Pipedream, Zapier and community MCP servers exist.
MCP support changes quickly. Re-check ServiceTitan’s developer documentation and announcements before you build or buy.
These 9 tools cover the common work HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors do in ServiceTitan. Each one maps to a single REST endpoint.
| Tool | REST endpoint | What it does |
|---|---|---|
search_customers | GET /crm/v2/tenant/{tenant}/customers | Find customers. |
list_locations | GET /crm/v2/tenant/{tenant}/locations | List service locations. |
list_jobs | GET /jpm/v2/tenant/{tenant}/jobs | List jobs with filters. |
get_job | GET /jpm/v2/tenant/{tenant}/jobs/{id} | Read one job. |
list_appointments | GET /jpm/v2/tenant/{tenant}/appointments | List appointments. |
list_technicians | GET /settings/v2/tenant/{tenant}/technicians | List technicians. |
list_invoices | GET /accounting/v2/tenant/{tenant}/invoices | List invoices. |
list_estimates | GET /sales/v2/tenant/{tenant}/estimates | List estimates. |
check_capacity | POST /dispatch/v2/tenant/{tenant}/capacity | Check available dispatch capacity. |
Paths come from ServiceTitan’s public API documentation. The exact endpoints, fields and final tool list are confirmed in writing at scoping, against your account.
Requests go to https://api.servicetitan.io/{module}/v2/tenant/{tenantId}/....
The server gets a token with OAuth 2.0 client credentials at https://auth.servicetitan.io/connect/token and sends an ST-App-Key header on every request.
The server runs two ways: locally over stdio, started with npx, or remotely over Streamable HTTP at a URL on your own host. The commands below use placeholders; your README has the real package name, URL and variables. NOLU does not run a shared hosted ServiceTitan server.
# remote (Streamable HTTP)
claude mcp add --transport http servicetitan https://<your-host>/mcp
# local (stdio)
claude mcp add servicetitan -e ST_CLIENT_ID=<value> -e ST_CLIENT_SECRET=<value> -e ST_APP_KEY=<value> -e ST_TENANT_ID=<value> -- npx -y <your-server-package>
For a remote server, add the URL https://<your-host>/mcp as a custom connector. For a local server, add it to claude_desktop_config.json:
{
"mcpServers": {
"servicetitan": {
"command": "npx",
"args": ["-y", "<your-server-package>"],
"env": {
"ST_CLIENT_ID": "<value>",
"ST_CLIENT_SECRET": "<value>",
"ST_APP_KEY": "<value>",
"ST_TENANT_ID": "<value>"
}
}
}
}
In .cursor/mcp.json (project) or ~/.cursor/mcp.json (global):
{
"mcpServers": {
"servicetitan": { "url": "https://<your-host>/mcp" }
}
}
Variable names above are examples. Keep credentials in local config or your host’s secret store, never in the repository.

Yes. The API needs an app registered in the ServiceTitan developer portal (for the ST-App-Key) plus client credentials for your tenant.
You can, and for a quick test it may be enough. A custom build gives you a tool list scoped to your workflows, tests, install docs and a private repository you own. Whichever you use, review what it can read and write before you give it credentials.
Starter is US$1,500 (about 5 business days, up to 10 tools, API-key/token auth). Standard is US$3,000 (about 7–10 business days, up to 25 tools, OAuth 2.1, hosted).
